Abstract
A cell-complex is a generalization of a `graph' in graph theory. It is used in several fields because it can represents a higher dimensional figure with less information. In this paper, we describe an algorithm for obtaining corresponding finite and normal three-dimensional cell-complexes from a connection matrix with coefficient in Z2.
