A Novel Approach of Restoring Image Degeraded by Rotational Motion Blur

Abstract

We present a solution to space variant image restoration problem, especially to the rotational motion blurred image case. Based on the presented mathematical models, we propose a new method to simulate the blurred image and a method to restore it. In this method, we apply inverse filtering for each blurred image pixel by employing Lagrange multiplier.
