Abstract
The load balance is inevitable problem in large scale, high performance and high speed internet. Although the hotspot has been resolved by the load balance using replication system, mirror server and large capacity server, we present a load balance method by decomposition of the objective file and allocation of decomposed file to the PC in the grid according to the access number. Furthermore, we report performance evaluation of the propose load balance method.
