Abstract
Most car navigation systems are aiming at the optimal route. In this research, Q value-based Dynamic Programming with Boltzmann distribution is used to distribute the cars and provide the global optimal routes according to the real-time traffic volumes. The purpose of this approach is to alleviate traffic congestions.
