To study the spraying mechanisms of spray guns, a series of researches on the influence of painting conditions such as quality of paints, spray distances and air pressure on the spray pattern, distributions and amounts of spray, thickness of coating painted, and size of spray mist was carried out.
The relations between paint nozzles and air caps, as well as the anti-abrasion properties of paint nozzles and needles were also studied.
