Air-conditioning load caused by external disturbing factors, such as solar radiation and outdoor temperature arises in the building perimeter area. In order to cope with this situation, the auxiliary air-conditioning equipment for perimeter zone, such as fan coil units is installed. In this study, based on the measured date, the actual condition of the air-conditioning control in an office building is analyzed.
