The results of investigation on the system design of the reuse center in the construction yard in order to make an effective reuse of building apparatuses and materials consisting of five phases and ten steps are described. Some problems with the roles of inspectors, application of RFID, diagnostics on degradation, performance guarantee and related matters are discussed. Major check points for designers of reuse system are raised.
