In recent years, the necessity for a thermal environmental improvement is increasing with use of the station as stay space. But it is thought that the degree of sufficiency and satisfaction are not necessarily in agreement. Then, it investigated also about comfortable elements other than thermal environment using two dimensional quality classification methods, and it verified about the importance of thermal environmental improvement relatively. As a result, Rather than the whole station space, the physical measure and thermal control to the space at which a user stays are called for. And about 40% of dissatisfaction may be able to be changed into a dissolution or satisfaction by a thermal environmental improvement.
