This paper shows the situation of action activity which is energy conservation by using BEMS data effectively. In developed system, a set point of second side air conditioning facility was changed and controlled. Furthermore, a characteristic of energy demand of a building and operating performance characteristic of heat source machinery was analyzed, and optimal operation of heat source system was planned.
