抄録
The requirement of energy-saving is getting bigger with the execution of the Kyoto Protocol. The Japanese law requires the 1% energy reduction per annum for owners of building which has over 1500kl energy consumption as crude oil equivalent. Several quantification methods are proposed for the criterion of their energy-saving activities. But it's difficult to correctly evaluate the activities using current methods, because those methods are not enough to consider the energy consumption changing by many factors except for energy-saving activities. In this paper, we will propose the new method considering many factors for the proper evaluation of the energy-saving activities.
