In this paper, continued in the Part 1, we analyzed the heat removal effect for the exhaust system and the thermal environment of three rooms in the electrification kitchen of a restaurant. Those rooms were an open kitchen, a washing room and a preparing room. As the results, we clarified the leakage of heat loads from the exhaust system to the surrounding area. And we suggested the improvement methods for the system based on the character of usage in each appliance.
