抄録
This paper describes the interim report in committee, i.e. research subcommittee on reliability improvement for construction ・maintenance informatics & plumbing system in air-conditioning. Especially, it shows the durability of sanitary equipments & flushing process in closed-piping system in Air-conditioning. So according to hearing survey, building conservative management companies, operation and maintenance of plumbing equipments was studied in 2005. From the result of this survey, actual condition of operation and maintenance of plumbing equipments is illustrated, and it will be created standards of method in operation and maintenance of plumbing equipments. Moreover it has emphasized the importance of having the needs for standardization about flushing in air-conditioning pipe.
