This paper describes development of evaluation method to predict hand dexterity level in cold environment by using the prediction program of whole body temperatures. We measured thermal physiological and psychological responses under 24 cold conditions in a low-temperature test room for the purpose of quantifying the relation between skin temperatures and hand dexterity level. In addition, low-temperature test room experimental results were simulated by the prediction program. The calculated results well accorded with the experimental results. It was suggested that the prediction program was available for evaluation of hand dexterity level in cold environment.
