It is important taking Energy-Saving measures on existing buildings as well as new buildings. Generally, taking measures on existing buildings is costly more than on new buildings, and so the choice of cost-effective measures is more important on existing buildings. So, we developed a tool to evaluate of office buildings' energy-saving effect.
