In this paper, a refrigeration cycle model for simulate multi-split type air-conditioning system was developed. To calculate energy consumption, heat load is treated as input value. Based on BMS data, accuracy verification and sensitivity analysis were performed. In absolute value, there were some differences between output of the model and BMS data. But the tendency of output of the model corresponded with BMS data for the most part.
