This study aims to develop a planning and evaluation method for recently introduced hot water system with boiler of higher heat efficiency. For the effective energy conservation, boiler's operation should be surveyed in the actual usage. This paper showed the result of the CO2 heat pump (CO2 HP) water boiler in 6 detached houses. The heat pump and system efficiency varied in each house. Power consumed for defrost in colder region is also analysed.
