This study aims to construct the method of calculation for simultaneous waste flow rate. The amount of the water use and the water supply pattern of the apartment housing have changed by a decrease in the number of homes, declining birthrate and a growing proportion of elderly people, and various factors of the lifestyle modification etc. In this paper, it reports on the result of the study on calculation for simultaneous waste flow rate and safety rate.
