The heat pump water heaters are spreading, because a CO2 reduction effect is evaluated. However, as for business use, the spread is slow in comparison with the family use. It depends on problems such as correspondence to the load change or the initial expense. In late years "the hybrid water heater system" which put heat pump water heater and combustion-type water heater together is suggested to solve these problems. In this article, I report it about development and the introduction effect of the hybrid water heater system that effective use is possible.
