Energy interchanging system among existing buildings is focused as one of the area energy network system. But there are few practical examples of energy interchanging system among existing buildings.Therefore, in this study, the tool which can support local official to consider so easily the introduction effects of energy interchanging system among existing buildings. And it is studied what affects to the introduction effects by using this tool.
