This report describes the evaluation concerning the basic performance of residential combined heat and power systems of fuel cells (SOFC) in the experimental house. Firstly, the part load performance and load following characteristics are shown. Next, test results of start and stop are indicated. Lastly, power generation and exhaust heat recovery characteristic are evaluated.
