This paper will report the survey of energy and water consumption in the high-rise office building in Osaka with environmental symbiosis technologies. Firstly, energy consumption of the building during 4-years after the completion of construction is investigated. Secondly, energy consumption except special area is compared to the one in the standard office building. And finally, water consumption of the building is investigated. As a result, the decrease of annual energy consumption is estimated by 30% and above in comparison with a standard office building. The growth of water consumption is related to the increase of numbers in the building.
