In this report, we summarized measurement results of cool and heat tube system at low depth, and thermal comfort in reading rooms with the well in summer, autumn, and winter condition. As results, In summer, the cool tube system could reduce energy of 112MJ each day. And in winter, the heat tube system could reduce energy of 29MJ each day. The PMV values of the reading rooms in the first floor and the second floor were roughly in the range from -0.5 to 0.5 in summer, autumn and winter. Though the reading rooms had the well, there were comfort zone for thermal environment in the rooms.
