The circulatory organs disease (apoplexy and cardiac infarction) and accident in bathroom are to increase in winter for coldness of house. Therefore, preventing is important problem. Recently, people regard insulation and airtight houses as effective prevention which changes not only thermal environment but also resident's life-style. But it's effect is not verified. So, this study developed Incidence forecasting model of circulatory organs disease and accident in bathroom.
