抄録

Because the electrical type kitchen does not emit the combustion effluent gas, the required ventilation rate for electrical type kitchen may be reduced. But the ventilation standard is the same as a combustion type kitchen under the existing circumstances. Full-scale experiment is carried out in order to verify the difference of kitchen indoor environment of thermal climate and air quality between in the electrical type and in the combustion type under the same ventilation volume.
