Low radiate kitchen equipment can improve working environment in a kitchen because of lower surface temperature of the equipment as compared with conventional ones.. Moreover, the combustion exhaust is efficiently exhausted, and so the air-conditioning energy can be accordingly reduced. In this report, the effect of energy conservation and the working environment amenity with low radiate kitchen equipment was quantitatively evaluated by comparing with the general gas kitchen equipment.
