We are developing a new water-circulation heat pump system which uses renewable energy sources. In this paper we conducted a feasibility study of the new system on applicability for non-residential buildings, especially a hospital. As a result of comparing the system with conventional systems in terms of life cycle cost, we can regard the new system as a viable prospect.
