Recently, children's physical strength is decreased.This study aimed to examine the relationships between physical activity and indoor thermal environment among Japanese preschool children. Research was conducted in winter as actual measurements at 5 kindergartens. As a result, cold air temperature near the floor and difference of temperature between nursing room and restroom were significantly associated with reduction of children’s physical activity.
