抄録

This paper presents a methodology of development the estimation model of energy demand of the office, hotel, medical, education, restaurant building stock in Japan and by using this methodology, the energy demand was estimated. Detailed modelling is carried out for the HVAC system configurations in the design of archetype buildings and energy system simulation using EnergyPlus.
