Development of Geo-spatial building stock model for Japanese Commercial Buildings

In building stock modeling, several methodologies have been developed to quantitatively improve the robustness and complexity of building stock but, often have limitations to involve differentiated description of building stock. This paper presents a geo-spatial methodology to develop data-driven archetypes of commercial buildings to assess the overall composition and characterization of building stock.
