Shinagawa Higashiguchi-Minami District Heating & Cooling Plant has supplied chilled Water, Steam and Hot Water for The Shinagawa Intercity and Tokyo Metropolitan Central Wholesale Shokuniku Market. This Paper reports the Operation Result from 1999 to 2022 and the Outline of the Large scale of Renovation caused by Environmental Consideration and Time Deterioration.
