都市型スマートウェルネス庁舎における環境配慮技術に関する研究　（第12報）庁舎・公会堂の竣工後3年間の熱源・エネルギー消費に関する分析

This report presents the results of an analysis of the heat source systems and energy consumption of the Smart Wellness Public Building and public halls in a city, with year-to-year comparisons based on BEMS data for three years. Primary energy consumption of the city hall was about 55% reduction compared to the reference building. Primary energy consumption of the public hall was about 54% reduction compared to the reference building.
