Field measurement and CFD analysis were conducted for Rice-cooking Room. In both rice cooking rooms A and B, a high-temperature area near the ceiling was confirmed to be caused by the overflow of high-temperature air such as exhaust gas from cooking rice. The results of the study in the CFD analysis showed that the improvement was more effective when the cooker and heat exhaust tower were deeply covered.
