Although we had reported the results obtained from the experimental research on the spontaneous combustion of the coal pile by the specially designed furnace in the former reports, we have now theoretically discussed the initial situation of the heat accumulation of the coal pile on the simple assumptions and got the results supporting the experimental ones obtained and reported in the first paper of our series publications.
From this theoretical consideration we have quantitatively discussed the heat accumulating property of the coal pile under the condition of the big pile and room temperature ventilation, which is supposed to be actually happened.
We have also commented in brief the relation between the experimental results on the ignition temperature in the case corresponding to the small pile and our assumptions.
