Abstract
The survival curves of spores of Clostridium botulinum 62A (ATCC 7948) subjected to isothermal heat treatment were obtained by means of the anaerobic pour plate and the anaerobic pouch methods. No significant difference was found between the survival curves obtained by the two methods.
