A column parallel vision system (CPV-II) has been developed for intelligent image processing with 1KHz frame rate. In order to apply for stereo vision, we have improved CPV-II to a dual-head system. By using SAD method for a stereo matching algorithm, it is experimentally confirmed that the dual-heads CPV-II system can process the stereo matching within one-millisecond.
