We recorded and examined the echolocation calls of Endo’s Pipistrelle Pipistrellus endoi in Shikoku, Japan. Individuals were captured between 2013 and 2020. We recorded the calls immediately after each hand release. Twenty-seven FM or FM/QCF calls with wide bandwidths were obtained; the mean EF values were 41.7 ± 1.5 kHz, and the mean PF values were 52.8 ± 6.9 kHz. Three narrow-band QCF and FM/QCF calls were obtained, and the mean EF values were 39.2 ± 1.0 kHz and mean PF values were 40.4 ± 1.3 kHz.
