When an action or an event is done, we can describe its situation from the viewpoint of the actor or of the receiver, and at the same time we have to select the subject in view of the grammatical restriction or the hierarchy of the language concerning. We analyze in this paper, 1) The restriction of word order and focus concerning subject in Japanese, 2) Discourse construction concerning French, English and Japanese. We conclude that Japanese is a language that clarifies what the speaker focuses on, which is in contrast to French and English.
