Abstract
Improving Project Management skills and increasing the number of skilled project managers are becoming one of the major objectives of the IT department of the companies. OMRON NETWORK APPLICATONS Co. Ltd, where I work, has the same Company objectives. The approach to establish "Project Office" is obviously aiming to succeed the project management and operations. In this paper, I state the needs of the Project Office Organizations and the functions of the Project Office based on my experiences.
