This paper is an example of new seminar development in a project manner. We are seeking if our activity can be defined as a project, and if it is appropriate as a project, how we can apply our activity to the PMBOK processes. Our activity is characterized as we were facing following challenges. 1) All project members were volunteers. 2) Some members have been taking part in this project in a distant location. We'd like to describe how we could deal with these issues.
