"Personal PM" has been discussed in another paper of the author for the Society of PM. Here is another summary of the study with some additional contents. The ultimate objective is to establish the personal PM as one of the domains of modern project management, to be useful for many individuals. Specific methods applied to the personal PM, some academic theories of motivation, and the famous philosophies of success are the major discussion areas to establish the personal PM.
