Abstract
isk Response Process is to assess the risk and identify the countermeasures, and then it is possible to enlarge opportunity, reduce threat and finally achieve the project goal. Not only Risk Response Process but also all of Risk management activities can contribute to keep project quality. Through Risk subjects, we can get a shared awareness among project members and other project stakeholders. Communication for Risk subjects is called "Risk Communication" in a broad sense. It can be seen that the Risk communication in itself is one of Risk reduction of project overall. In this paper, it is considered and proposed how to utilize Risk Response Process for Risk communication.
