Abstract
In general, the trouble occurs in the delivery date and the quality on the other hand, and the risk that profit and loss cannot be secured for that exists though offshore development has the advantage in which the system development cost can be decreased. It thinks the delivery date and the quality to lead to securing of the optimization of the application process of offshore development to uniting securing according to the characteristic of each system the delivery date, the quality, and the cost at the same time as decreasing the system development cost. In this text, the application result of the selection standard checklist of the use to select the application process and the effect are described.
