Abstract
Nowadays, project members are exposed to heavy burden caused by pressures from a project. Mental health management is becoming a social issue and serious concerns to many organizations. Reasons behind it exists factors such as, IT project becoming more and more complex, requiring of a short project duration time. Furthermore people are moving from one project to another imposes stress on project members. In a traditional hierarchal organization, people were receiving mental supports from his/her superiors or from colleagues. Career path in such an organization was rather simple and well-dined. In projectized organization, in contrast, interpersonal relationship becomes tenuous due to people working together only in project duration timeframe, yet strong collaborative team work is required in order to pursue the project success. All those are becoming stress factors to project members. This paper deals with proposed mental health maturity framework, by applying PMBOK guide process model. Stress reducing project related activities are proposed with its assessment model to measure the performance of the activity. Objectives of this maturity framework is by assessing the implemented activities in measurable way, bringing mental health management to higher maturity level through continuous improvement of actions taken.
