Abstract
In order to become a good engineer, it is generally said that it is important to experience business practice and to mix with other professionals through the professional community activities. Important things from a viewpoint of raising project managers in a company that we think are to furnish the "field" and to make professional community active. In this paper, we will report a practical case for the promotion of the project manager's community in our company and discuss the future work based on the reflection on our activity.
