Abstract
The case method practice that uses the Short case written by several lines is being practiced as one of the project manager promotion measures now. In this practice, it is an aim to promote the improvement of the situation flexibility by the project manager's using a lot of short cases to assume various situations that actually occur in the project to be a case and making "Virtual experience". When the case method practice that used a short case was executed, the operation improvement is actually advanced because the problem is brought up to how to advance the practice. And this paper describes the aim and the approach of the operation improvement.
