Abstract
This study deals with the scale estimation problem in software development. Two approaches are presented. Quality requirement table is for clarifying quality requirements to the software. It prevents ambiguities of various requirements levels and helps exhaustive listing of the requirements. Requirement mapping scale estimation system enables the risk analysis of the development scale excess, considering the uncertainty of the quality requirements. Also, the proposed system defines the process of taking into account quality requirements in the scale estimation. The effectiveness of those two approaches is evaluated by comparing it with conventional techniques, as well as through the interviews with specialists.
