Abstract

Communication is very important within project management. However, project members have difference on specialized field. It caused members' knowledge gap which will prevent taking well communication between the members. So members can't get and share their knowledge easily. In this study, we put the document in order based on necessary expertise of learner so that learners can bridge the knowledge gap.
