Recently, Program Management and Project Portfolio Management which are ranked above Project Management are being focused. A Program Manager needs to manage progress of multiple projects, but it is difficult for the Program Manager to know that the progress of the program is in advance or late. In this paper, issues and methodology of a progress management by a Program Manager are discussed.
