2709 Development of Simulation Materials for Project Management Education

Abstract

Project Manager's competencies (Knowledge, Performance and Personal) to complete the Project successfully are acquired. But, it is seldom opportunity to use acquired methodologies and tools. We think that many Project Managers do in their own way. So, we developed Simulation Materials of measurable scale for Project Management Education to apply acquired methodologies and tools. Our purpose for prompt acquiring Performance Competencies considers material's designs to train writing the formal documents.
