1803 Application of Program Management to Small-Scale, Two or More Matter Projects

Abstract

The program management to have aimed to grapple with a large-scale, complex problem is discussed of the application of a small-scale, two or more matters. I propose 6W2HYTT as an expression technology of the mission profiling of this program management. I also suggest to do the program design according to the process in architecture management and think that it is effective to do the management of the star type.
